If you decide this is the right time for you to reach out, I am here to listen to you and help you find the best way forward. We would start with an initial assessment session, where we will discuss what brought you to me. This will also be an opportunity for you to get a sense of me as practitioner and for us to see if we would like to start working together.

The initial session and all sessions afterwards are 50min in duration.

I offer in-person sessions in Putney Bridge and the therapy room is located within 1min walk from the station. 

Unfortunately this is not wheelchair accessible.

Additionally, I offer video and telephone sessions, if you would find this might work best for you.

I am also an approved provider of therapeutic services for the following Private Medical Insurers: WPA, Aviva, Bupa.

I understand that the therapeutic process can be challenging and I will always encourage you to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and safe.
